If the Water Department is requested to turn off the water at a location at the customer’s request for a purpose other than emergency repairs, then the customer shall pay a service charge to the City Clerk of $50 for each temporary disconnection performed during the regular workday hours Monday through Friday and $100 for each such temporary disconnection performed at all other times.
