§ 52.086 MONTHLY BILLING.
   (A)   Bills for the rates and charges herein established shall be sent out by the Clerk with the water bills. The bills shall be payable on the first day of the month following the reading of the water meters.
   (B)   All bills shall be payable at the office of the City Clerk.
