(A) Except as otherwise provided for by this Charter, all other Boards and Commissions under the Village statutory form of government existing on the effective date of this Charter under the ordinances of Obetz or the general laws of Ohio shall continue in effect until they are abolished or revised by ordinance.
(B) The Council may provide for additional Boards and Commissions not provided for in this Charter by ordinance.
(C) Boards and Commissions continued, revised, or created pursuant to this Section of the Charter shall have those powers, duties and functions as provided by ordinance.
