Nothing in this chapter is intended to confer any right to service for premises outside the corporate limits of the Village of Obetz, Ohio. The Village of Obetz, Ohio will consider requests for natural gas service from potential customers located outside the legal boundaries of the Village on a case by case basis. Natural gas service will be turned-on for the customer only if the request for service is approved by the Administrator and all provisions of Section 947.08, Special Contracts are completed.
