921.01 PERMIT REQUIRED.

   Each person desiring to excavate within the public right of way must obtain a permit from the Administrator prior to commencing excavation.

921.02 FEE.

   Each person seeking a permit shall be required to pay a fee as adopted by Council and deposit the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) per square yard of excavation planned within the paved area of the right of way or twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per square yard deposit for areas within the unpaved right of way. This deposit shall be refunded in full when the project is completed and approved by the Administrator.
