(a) No person upon roller skates or riding in or by means of any sled, skateboard, toy vehicle or similar device shall go upon any roadway, except while crossing street on a crosswalk and except upon streets set aside as play streets when and as authorized by the City Manager
(b) No person, other than a law enforcement official in the course of his or her official duties, shall ride or operate a two- or three-wheeled electric personal assistive mobility device on City streets.
(c) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
