305.04 DESIGNATION OF NO PARKING AREAS; CURB PAINTING.

For the purpose of designating no parking areas, the executive order issued by the City Manager shall provide for designation for no parking areas by means of signs and/or painting the abutting curb a yellow color for the full length of the no parking area. Such painting shall be on both the horizontal and vertical sides of the curb.
