305.03 PARKING REGULATIONS BY EXECUTIVE ORDER.

The locations of and limitations on the duration of parking on public streets shall be made by executive order of the City Manager, Council shall be promptly advised on all such orders. Copies of the executive order shall be made available to the public in a form and manner prescribed by the City Manager.
