(a) The City Manager is hereby authorized to adopt such rules and regulations necessary for the safe and efficient operation of the Cemetery. These rules and regulations may be amended from time to time as may be necessary without notice to any Owner of Burial Rights.
(b) The City shall not be liable for damage caused by weather, acts of god, common enemy, thieves, vandals, unavoidable accidents, invasion, insurrection, riots or orders of any military or civil authority, whether said damage be direct or collateral.
(c) The City reserves the right to correct any errors that may be made in the administration or operation of Westwood Cemetery. The Cemetery may substitute and convey Burial Rights of equal value and similar location in so far as may be possible or by refunding the money paid on account of said purchase. In the event such error shall involve the disinterment/disinurnment and reinterment/reinurnment of the deceased remains, the Cemetery reserve the right to remove and transfer said deceased remains to another lot of equal value and similar location as may be substituted and conveyed to the Owner.
(d) Westwood Cemetery shall not discriminate in the administration or operation of the cemetery against any person because of race, religion, color, sex, ancestry, national origin, military status, familial status, disability, sexual orientation or gender identity or expression.
