There is hereby incorporated as part of the requirements of this Chapter, for the purpose of providing guidance and standards in the application, enforcement and penalties imposed under this Chapter, the provisions of the International Property Maintenance Code, 2018 Edition as adopted under Chapter 1151 of these Codified Ordinances as may be amended from time to time, the Fire Prevention Code, as may be amended from time to time, the Building Code, or as may be amended from time to time, the Ohio Building Code as may be amended from time to time and the Zoning Code, as may be amended from time to time.
