Council shall, by resolution, provide for the future assignment of spaces in the City Hall and other buildings owned by the City for its own use and for the use and occupancy of Council appointees and their staff. All other spaces, except those of the Oberlin Municipal Court, may be assigned by the City Manager for the use and occupancy of the various departments under the City Manager’s official charge.
