703.13 OTHER REMEDIES NOT PRECLUDED.

Nothing in this Chapter shall preclude nor is it intended to discourage the pursuit of other available remedies, such as reference to the Ohio Civil Rights Commission or the Ohio Equal Employment Opportunity Commission with regard to other occurrences of prohibited discrimination.
