Unless the order issued by the the Hearing Officer has been appealed, no person shall fail to comply with any portion of such order within thirty days following service of the order or such other period as the order provides, whichever is greater. Whoever violates this section is guilty of failure to comply with an order of the Hearing Officer, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
