703.07 FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH A SUBPOENA.
   No person shall fail to comply with a subpoena issued by the Hearing Officer. Whoever violates this section is guilty of failure to comply with a subpoena, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. (Ord. 20-64AC CMS. Passed 1-4-21.)
