The Stormwater Management Permit shall be valid until thirty (30) calendar days after the anticipated completion date identified by the permit holder in the application. Upon the permit holder's written request, the City Engineer is authorized to renew the Stormwater Management Permit for up to 180 days per renewal. At the sole discretion of the City Engineer, renewal permits may be subject to compliance with any and all regulatory changes that may have been adopted between the date of the initial permit and any subsequent renewal permit(s).
