1151.05 ENFORCEMENT BY LAW DIRECTOR.
   The Oberlin City Law Director is hereby authorized to initiate such legal actions as he or she shall deem to be necessary or appropriate for the enforcement of the International Property Maintenance Code as adopted by the Council for the City of Oberlin, as may be amended from time to time, including but not limited to the initiation of civil actions in the Court of Common Pleas, all without further action of Council.
