There is hereby created the function of contract compliance review. The City Manager will designate an Equal Employment Opportunity Officer to administer and enforce the City's Equal Employment Opportunity Program established by Sections 157.01 to 157.10 inclusive, establish procedures to effectuate such sections, make all determinations as to compliance with the program, and shall meet with the contracting parties for the aforesaid purposes. He/she shall have at his/her disposal the resources of the City's several departments and the Human Relations Commission.
