153.01 ANNUAL REPORTING OF CITY FINANCES.

Council shall receive a report from the City Manager and Finance Director at a public meeting held during the first quarter of each year regarding the prior year's revenues, expenses, and year-end balances, by fund, and the revised current-year estimated ending fund balances.
