149.03 ADA GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE.

There is hereby adopted the Americans with Disabilities Act grievance procedure for the City. The Human Relations Commission is hereby designated as the ADA Grievance Committee for the purpose of dealing with any grievances filed in accordance with that procedure.
