131.02 RENEWABLE GENERATION AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY/CONSERVATION.
   (a)   The PUC shall advise City Council regarding renewable generation resources by the Municipal Light and Power Department.
 
   (b)   The PUC shall advise City Council on efforts to encourage water and energy efficiency/conservation by the public.
 
   (c)   The PUC shall advise City Council regarding conservation of electricity, natural gas and water by municipal government operations.
