The Finance Director, the City Manager and the Law Director are hereby designated as the Treasury Investment Board of the City to exercise the power and authority granted pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.56, and all other City officials are hereby authorized and directed to take any and all other actions which may be necessary in order to carry out the actions contemplated by this section.
