Council hereby establishes a Fire Department in the City. The Fire Department shall consist of the following positions:
Full-Time | Part-Time |
1 Chief | 2 Battalion Chiefs |
1 Assistant Chief | 6 Lieutenants |
3 Fire Drivers | 17-20 Fire Fighters |
If any of the Battalion Chief or Lieutenant positions are occupied by a full-time Fire Driver, the number of Fire Fighter positions will be adjusted so as to provide at all times a total of twenty-four to twenty-seven part-time personnel.
