1317.01 AGREEMENTS AND GUARANTEES REQUIRED.
   Prior to approval of the final plat of any subdivision, the subdivider shall provide agreements, guarantees, bonds, insurance and other requirements as set forth in this Subdivision Ordinance. (Ord. 96-82 AC. Passed 9-16-96.)
