141.03 PART-TIME PATROL OFFICERS.
   (a)   Part-time patrol officers shall be hired by the City Manager as he or she deems proper. (Ord. 07-17AC. Passed 1-16-07.)
   (b)   Part-time police officers are hereby designated to be part of the Unclassified Service of the City of Oberlin. (Ord. 18-49 AC CMS. Passed 7-2-18.)
