1173.05 APPEAL OF COMMISSION'S DECISION TO COUNCIL.

Further Appeal Action. The property owner, after the decision of Housing Renewal Commission has been made, shall have the right to further appeal to the Court of Common Pleas as provided in the Administrative Appeals Act of the State Legislature.
