139.01 OFFICE ESTABLISHED.

The office of City Engineer is created, and the salary of the City Engineer is payable monthly from the General Fund. The General Fund shall be reimbursed from other funds as the Engineer works on the various activities. Each project that the Engineer spends time and material on is to be charged that amount, and the General Fund shall be reimbursed for the amount from such other fund.
