1347.03 AUTHORIZATION OF PUBLIC NONCONFORMING USES.

Council may, after public notice and hearing, authorize in any location a structure or premises, to be used by a public service corporation or for public utility or municipal purposes, which it deems reasonable and necessary for the public convenience and welfare.
