(a) General. Fees, in an amount as required by ordinance of the City, shall be submitted with applications for plat review and for inspection and testing of improvements.
(b) The subdivider shall pay for all testing of concrete, water lines, sanitary sewers, and other materials and improvements required to demonstrate conformance with this Subdivision Ordinance, with the Public Works Standards, and with the terms of the Construction Agreement. The Construction Agreement shall state the terms of such testing and payment therefor.
