In the review and approval of a plat for a planned development district as defined and permitted by the Zoning Ordinance, the Planning Commission may modify the application of the provisions of Chapter 1315 Required Improvements and Design Criteria of this Subdivision Ordinance to the degree necessary to accomplish the objectives and standards required for a planned development district under the Zoning Ordinance. Modifications or exemptions shall not be granted to exempt the subdivider from the requirements of Chapter 1311 Subdivision Procedures, Chapter 1313 Plat Requirements, or Chapter 1319 Administration and Enforcement.
