1315.15 COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL AREAS.

Streets constructed within subdivisions created for commercial or industrial districts shall be so located and designed as to minimize traffic impacts on local streets serving residential districts and to direct traffic generated by commercial and industrial activity away from such local residential streets.
