All installations, equipment and appliances shall conform with the regulations of the State and the National Electrical Code. All owners of buildings shall be required to install not less than a minimum of 100 ampere service, except that existing buildings not in excess of 400 square feet and utilizing no more than two circuits may provide a minimum of sixty ampere service provided that this service is determined to be safe according to standards established by the Oberlin Municipal Light and Power Department.
