Any person engaged in the occupation of a master plumber or journeyman plumber who shall fail to secure a renewal of his/her license within thirty days from the date of the expiration thereof, shall, before he/she shall receive another license and be eligible to engage in the occupation of plumbing, present himself/herself to the Housing Renewal Commission and take the examination, pay the fee and secure the certificate provided for and prescribed in this Plumbing Code. No reduction in fees shall be made for any part of the year having elapsed.
