1127.04 REPORTING VIOLATIONS.

It shall be the duty of the City Manager, or his/her agent, or any other person to report all violations of the provisions of this Plumbing Code to the Housing Renewal Commission and to assemble and present to the Commission all known available information, the date of and the material reflecting upon the violation.
