Whoever enters upon any major park, as defined in this chapter, between thirty (30) minutes after sunset and thirty (30) minutes before sunrise, unless otherwise posted or in an emergency, shall be guilty of trespass. Whoever loiters in any minor park, as defined in this chapter, thirty (30) minutes after sunset and thirty (30) before sunrise, shall be guilty of trespass. Entrance into any minor park thirty (30) minutes after sunset and thirty (30) minutes before sunrise shall be for the sole purpose of passing through to a public place outside of that park. Any violation of such hours shall be subject to criminal prosecution. No person shall at any time trespass from park property onto private property.
