Special considerations will be given to protect residential users whose utility service is included in rental payments. If the rental property is registered with the City, the City shall give written notification to the service address at least fourteen days prior to the shutoff, in order to allow the occupants of the service address to register for utilities in their own name and pay the regular deposit.
