911.14 TAMPERING WITH METERS.

No plumber, or other person, except an officer or agent especially authorized by Council, shall at any time tamper with, remove or repair any meter or fixture connected therewith which has been set by the Water Division, unless authorized by the City Manager or his/her authorized agent. (1957 Code §911.14)
