909.04 ANNEXATION PRIOR TO TAPPING-IN.
   Council reaffirms as general policy the practice of requiring annexation prior to any tap-in of City utility lines. This includes water lines, waste water collection lines and storm water collection lines. (Ord. 1156AC CMS. Passed 11-10-75.)
