No person shall damage, cut, carve or remove any flora within the curblawn or Municipal property of the City.
No person shall attach any rope, wire, nail or advertising posters to any flora within the curblawn or Municipal property of the City.
No person shall allow any gaseous, liquid or solid substance which is harmful to the flora to come in contact with the flora within the curblawn or Municipal property of the City.
No person shall set fire or permit any fire to burn, when such fire or the heat thereof, will injure any portion of any flora within the curblawn or Municipal property of the City.
