901.03 POWERS AND DUTIES OF PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR.

The Public Works Director shall administer the rules and regulations and rates or charges of the Streets and Parks Division under the supervision of the City Manager, and shall be directly responsible to the City Manager.
