785.05 PERMIT DISPLAY.

Every person receiving a permit under this chapter shall have his/her permit in his/her possession at all times when conducting a public sale or garage sale and shall display the same upon demand of any police officer and/or the City Manager or designee of the City and upon demand of any person who attends such public sale.
