Where a residential subdivision adjoins a railroad right of way, waterway, an industrial area, a business area or other land use which could have a depreciating effect on the residential use of the property, buffer strips shall be provided as required by the zoning title and outlined in section 4-1-6 of this code. Only in unusual circumstances will a wire fence be allowed, and then only after hardship has been demonstrated by the subdivider. (Ord. 79-2-5)
