At the time of application for a temporary permit, the applicant shall pay to the Village as a deposit, an amount equal to one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each day the aforesaid devices shall be operated. The deposit required shall be in addition to any fees required under Section 3-1-1-7 of this Title. The following expenses incurred by the Village, as ultimately determined by the Director of Office of Quality Control, shall be deducted from the deposit and the balance returned to the applicant within three (3) days following the removal of the devices:
A. Inspection fees, original and daily, as determined by the Director of Office of Quality Control.
B. Special police services, including calls for disturbances created by patrons as determined by the Chief of Police.
C. Cleanup and restoration of premises, as determined by the Public Works Director. (Ords. 71-20-46, 74-15-30, 74-19-39, 81-12-19)
