§ 153.336 PERMITTED USES.
   Any of the following uses, or those of a similar nature, if conducted within an enclosed building or within an area enclosed on all sides with a solid wall or uniformly painted fence not less than eight feet high. Uses permitted in the LI District:
   (A)   Administrative offices; agriculture; automobiles (assembly of bodies, sales - used - parts and supplies - service).
   (B)   Bicycles (repair); boat (pleasure, storage); building contractors (equipment and material storage); business machines (manufacturing, repair service, storage and wholesale).
   (C)   Carpets.
   (D)   Department store warehouses; display designers and builders shops; distillers (distribution, warehouse); drilling company equipment yards; drugs (wholesale storage); dry cleaning establishment (bulk processing); dry goods (wholesale or storage).
   (E)   Electric contractors' shops and related uses.
   (F)   Farm implements and machinery assembly.
   (G)   Laboratories (commercial, analytical, experimental and research).
   (H)   Machine shops.
   (I)   Office equipment manufacturing.
   (J)   Other similar light manufacturing uses.
   (K)   Single-family dwelling, subject to the following conditions:
      (1)   The minimum lot area shall be not less than 7,500 square feet with a minimum lot width of 50 feet;
      (2)   The minimum yard requirements shall apply: front yard - 35 feet, rear yard - 25 feet, side yard - 5 feet (each side);
      (3)   No single-family dwelling shall hereafter be erected or structurally altered to a height exceeding 35 feet;
      (4)   All buildings, including accessory buildings, shall not cover more than 30% of the area of the lot;
      (5)   Meet the parking provisions of §§ 153.445 through 153.464;
      (6)   Meet the dwelling provisions of § 153.045.
   (L)   Other uses of a like nature.
