§ 153.166 PERMITTED USES.
   No land or building in the R-6 District shall be used or structurally altered except for one or more of the following uses:
   (A)   Single-family dwellings.
   (B)   Two-family dwellings.
   (C)   Multiple-family dwellings.
   (D)   Group dwelling development.
   (E)   Home occupation.
   (F)   Accessory use clearly incidental and customary to the operation of the above uses shall be permitted.
