§ 153.145 YARDS REQUIRED.
   The following minimum yard requirements shall apply to all yards in an R-5 District.
   (A)   Front yard - 35 feet.
   (B)   Rear yard - 30 feet.
   (C)   Side yard - five feet (each side).
