In addition to the other stipulations set forth in these regulations, the following shall be required of subdivisions within the delineated flood hazard areas:
(A) The floodway and flood boundary areas shall be clearly labeled on both the preliminary and final plat.
(B) Building site shall not be permitted in the floodway area. They may be permitted in the flood boundary area if the sites are filled or if the first habitable floor of the structure is elevated above the 100 year flood elevation of the area. The 100 year flood elevation will be stated on both the preliminary and final plats.
(C) Fill areas shall extend beyond the limits of the intended building site and shall include areas for proper drainage and slope.
(D) The County Board of Health shall determine if adequate methods for waste disposal and water supply can be accomplished for each building site. where such systems will not function properly, the Planning Commission will not approve the subdivision.
(E) The Village Engineer shall determine the street elevations in flood hazard areas and state what drainage systems will be required for the subdivision.
