§ 152.121 FLOODPLAIN EVALUATION.
   (A)   The primary source of information that will be used by the Planning Commission in determining the flood hazard potential of an area is the Floodway and Flood Boundary Maps as amended. These maps were prepared by the Federal Flood Insurance Administration for the village. Where necessary, other sources of information may be used by the Planning Commission.
   (B)   A proposed subdivision will be located on the maps and its flooding potential determined. Restrictions on the types of uses within a portion or the entire proposed subdivision will be noted and must be followed. The Planning Commission will meet with the subdivider to evaluate the degree and the extent of the flood-prone areas within the proposed subdivision.
