After the preliminary plat of a proposed subdivision has been approved by the Planning Commission, the subdivider may improve a part or the entire area and submit a final plat for that improved portion to the Planning Commission for approval. The subdivider may make the necessary arrangements for completion of the improvements as provided in §§ 152.105 and 152.106 and submit a final plat for that portion to the Planning Commission for approval.
