Construction plans of all proposed improvements, consisting of survey data, street and sewer plans and profiles, typical cross sections, specifications, estimates of costs, and other materials shall be submitted to the Planning Commission for an inspection as to general conformance with the requirements contained herein. The construction plans should be submitted in preliminary draft form at the time of submission for the preliminary plat and shall be submitted in final form at or before the time of submission of the final plat. The Planning Commission may waive this requirement in cases of strictly minor subdivisions on improved streets. After final approval, mylar originals shall be submitted to the appropriate agency.
