§ 152.092 CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURE AND MATERIALS.
   The minimum requirements for material and construction procedures shall be in conformance with the standards of the village's Public Works Improvements Design Manual and with the requirements of the Ohio Department of Health and Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
